AllWaggs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AllWaggs pet care management application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service.

• Account information — Your name and email address, provided via Clerk authentication when you sign in.
• Pet profiles — Names, species, breed, date of birth, weight, and any photos you upload for your pets.
• Care records — Vaccination records, vet visits, medication logs, grooming appointments, and other care events you log in the app.
• Subscription and payment data — Your subscription status. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage data — Preferences, settings, and aggregate usage patterns to help us improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and operate the AllWaggs service
• Send care reminders and upcoming event notifications
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Improve the app and understand how it is used in aggregate

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Clerk Inc. — User authentication and session handling.
• Stripe — Payment processing for AllWaggs Plus subscriptions.
• Google Cloud Storage — Secure cloud storage for pet profile photos.

4. Your Rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
